Marshall JR Football mission is to develop young athletes with critical skills sets that support them in all areas of their lives though the game of football. These skills are taught and developed by coaches and peers with a positive approach while maintaining a safe environment in all areas. Leadership, Teamwork, Accountability, and competing are four critical components of MJF development.
